योजना शेकडो, आदिवासी दारिद्य्रातच संग्रहित छायाचित्र नागपूर - लोकसंख्येच्या प्रमाणात आदिवासींसाठी निधी उपलब्ध करून देणे बंधनकारक असतानाही केवळ राज्यकर्त्यांच्या नाकर्तेपणामुळे 91 टक्के आदिवासी आजही दारिद्य्राच्या विळख्यात आहेत. अर्थसंकल्पातील तोकडी तरतूदही पूर्णपणे आदिवासी कल्याणासाठी खर्च न केल्याची धक्कादायक बाब सरकारी सर्वेक्षणातून समोर आली आहे. सुकथनकर समितीच्या शिफारशीला शासनाने केराची टोपली दाखवीत आदिवासींचे आठ हजार 239 कोटी दुसऱ्या योजनेत वळते केले आहेत. शेकडो योजना असतानाही आदिवासी आजही दरिद्रीच कसा, असा प्रश्न यामुळे पडला आहे. आदिवासी संशोधन व प्रशिक्षण संस्थेने ...
